In April 2022, I completed my first signwriting mural for Laneway Boulders, created as part of the branding for their new bouldering gym in Stepney. The large-scale lettering was designed in Illustrator before being transferred to the wall by hand, allowing the design to be accurately scaled and positioned across the space. The project was a particularly memorable one, as it was my first opportunity to combine my graphic design skills with large-scale signwriting. The lettering required careful attention to proportion, spacing and alignment, while curved elements were all freehand.
